BHIMAKALI TEMPLE

Bhimkali temple is an important religious site dedicated to the mother goddess Bhimakali. The beautiful wooden structure bringing near to the people for the natural essence. The golden image of the Goddess is 210 years old. The original temple structure was damaged by earthquake.

SRIKHAND MAHADEV PEAK

This pilgrimage tour is also popular as Srikhand Kailash Yatra in Himachal Pradesh. It is said that lord Shiva meditated here and the Pandavas used to visit here. Devotees visit at the top of the mountain. There is a small shrine of lord Shiva. Devotees trek to the peak during the main pilgrimage season of july and august.

The Himalayan Bird Park is situated very close to another important heritage building of Shimla. As it is located almost in the center of the town, visitors can reach here very easily. If visitors are traveling from the Railway Station side then they must take Chaura Maidan Road that is going in the direction of Summer Hills.
